Situated in the hills around Arezzo, the caravan and camping park occupies an area for 22.000 mq., has 40 thickly wooded camping pitches, 8 mobile homes of 24 mq with air conditioned. equipped terrace, swimmingpool, soccer field ( played with 6 players), tennis, volleyball, tennis- table, , restaurant, café- bar, all purpose room, minimarket.

The place is full of large forests of beeches and chestnut-trees, wherr you can have wonderfull walks though signaled pathways,. You can go on excursions to well known medievakl cities, ancient villages, abbeys and castles, together with Etruscan necropolis, sources of hot water, with the Parco Faunistic of Poppi. Just some places: Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Montepulciano, Pienza, Monte San savino, Lucignano, il Casentino were was born Michelangelo Buonarroti, and the places of San Francesco di Assisi, and many more are well worth visiting. The local traditional cooking is well worth sampling.

 

 

 
         

Distances: Next to town center ( 6 Km.),near to Casentino Forest (50 Km), and other historical cities such as Cortona ( 24 Km.), Siena ( 64 Km.), Perugia ( 60 Km.) and Florence ( 70 Km.)

TO GET TO "VILLAGGIO LE GINESTRE": motorway A1, exit Arezzo, 2 Km. direction Battifolle- Ruscello. By bus: LFI Lines from Arezzo, central railway station to Ruscello. OPEN ALL YEAR.
